We'll save you money AND we'll save you time. We'll be your single point of contact negotiating rates, sorting out niggly contract details, agreeing service levels and checking final invoices...before sending them over to you to sign off.
You'll get better rates thanks to our buying power. Venues pay us a small commission...which is how we make a living...but you'll still save money if you book through us because this cost is NOT charged on to you.
And don't worry - you won't lose any bonus or loyalty points by booking with us...you'll get them just the same as if you booked direct.

Just let us know where and when your event is going to be held...and what accommodation your're looking for.
We'll create a dedicated page for your event where delegates can choose from pre-selected hotels and confirm their booking, using a credit card to secure the room. All invoicing, receipting and special requests are taken care of and YOU still get the complimentary upgrade and complimentary room allocation for your speakers , staff or committee.
We'll give you all the information you need to keep track of who's staying where...but without any of the usual headaches.
